Hey y’all! I’m Joslyn Harrell — proud owner and founder of FBR. I got my start in the livestock industry in an environment where success was often measured by the size of your bank account, but from the very beginning, I believed it should be about effort, passion, and grit — not your financial background. That belief is what inspired the creation of FBR. FBR exists to open doors for youth and families who are just as hardworking and committed as anyone else, but may not have had the same opportunities or resources. I’ve been fortunate enough to show livestock across the United States, and those experiences have shaped both my life and my mission. Now, I’m here to help others find their footing, chase big goals, and create unforgettable memories in and out of the show ring. At the end of the day, I believe heart and hard work will always outshine a big wallet — and I’m so excited to share this journey with all of you.
